Mrs. Amruta Lomate

Mrs. Amruta Lomate is an experienced Valuer in Land and Building with 14 years of experience in the field of architecture and 6 years in valuation. She is a member of various esteemed organisations and currently holds the position of the Vice Chairman of the IOV, Pune (2022-2024). Additionally, she is a teaching faculty for IBBI valuer's training (MEP) with IOVRVF. Mrs. Lomate has 6 years of teaching experience and is dedicated to imparting her knowledge, expertise and comprehensive training in valuation to aspiring valuers.
Her expertise in valuation includes commercial, residential, and industrial premises for banks and limited companies. She has been empanelled with several banks, and her experience in valuation includes working with developers in residential and commercial buildings. With her vast knowledge and professional memberships, she brings valuable insights and hands-on expertise to her role as a teaching faculty.
