About
He is a Government Registered Valuer under the Companies Act 2013 and a full-time practising Govt. RV with over 39 years of experience in civil engineering & property market. RBI represented him as an Institutional member in IEC for revitalising a distressed asset. His career began in Baghdad, Iraq, with a construction project in 1982. Later, he was in the construction field as a contractor & Promoter –Builder.
Mr. Lele is a Panel Valuer for many banks, Industries and Institutions. He had constructed Residential, Industrial, and special structures like ETP, STP, water filtration plants, etc. He participated in over 100 Income tax raids, 500 assessments and CBI cases. He received a National Award for articles written on valuation in 1999-2000 and a Merit Certificate in 2014-15.
